Use of This Site
The content on this website is provided for general information about our services. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or attempt to access it in any unauthorized way.
Estimates and Pricing
Any prices, ranges, or ballpark figures shown on this site or provided before an in-person inspection are informational and not binding. Final pricing depends on the specific vehicle, the extent of the damage, parts availability, and the approved scope of work. A written estimate is prepared after we inspect the vehicle. See our pricing page for posted labor rates and payment details.
Payment Terms
Payment is due as set out in your written estimate and any updates approved during the repair. Additional work discovered during teardown is quoted and approved before it proceeds. Refer to our pricing page for current rates.
Deposits
A deposit may be required before we order parts or begin work, particularly on larger repairs or special-order components. Deposits are applied to the final invoice.
Release of the Vehicle
No vehicle leaves our facility until the invoice is paid in full, unless a separate written arrangement has been agreed in advance. This applies to all repairs, including those coordinated through insurance.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the use of this site or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute relating to these terms or our services will be handled in the courts serving the county where our facility is located.
