Do you work directly with insurance companies?
Yes. We coordinate directly with every major carrier, handle the documentation and photos, and manage the repair process so your fleet vehicle is restored correctly. Insurance walk-ins are welcome at our facility.
What types of vehicles do you repair?
Fleet trucks, commercial vans, box trucks, trailers, RVs, motorhomes, and specialty vehicles. Our in-shop work covers collision, body, paint, structural, mechanical, electrical, and equipment installation.
How long does a repair take?
It depends on the damage, parts availability, and whether an insurance claim is involved. Most collision jobs run one to four weeks. We give you a realistic timeline up front and keep you updated the whole way through.
Do you offer mobile or roadside service?
No. All work is performed in shop at our facility so we can deliver consistent, high-quality results. Fleets from Ontario and across the Inland Empire bring their vehicles to us for specialty and commercial work.
How much will my repair cost?
Every service page lists ballpark ranges so you have a realistic number before you call. Final pricing depends on the specific vehicle, the damage, and parts. Send us your details and we will walk you through it.
Do you handle fleet accounts?
Yes. We offer volume pricing, priority bay access, and a dedicated point of contact for fleet accounts. Reach out and we will build a program around your vehicle mix and your route schedule.
What are your posted labor rates?
Body and paint is $210 per hour, mechanical and electrical is $260 per hour, diagnostics and programming is $285 per hour, and detail is $95 per hour. Insurance-billed jobs may use carrier-negotiated rates.
Where are you located and how do I reach Ontario from you?
Our facility is at 23281 La Palma Ave, Yorba Linda, CA 92887, a short run to Ontario and the wider Inland Empire by way of the 91, 71, 60, and I-15. We are open Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
